I recently had to use my insurance for the first time, with a not-at-fault incident, and Jim explained all my options to ensure I could take full advantage of my policy, and guided the claim through State Farm HQ's various mistakes & delays. Apropos of nothing: unsecured load drivers need much harsher punishment. The rest of us shouldn't have to subsidize their carelessness.
